The Associate Director, Donor Relations is crucial to assisting the University in raising philanthropic support by providing leadership for the development and implementation of UOW’s fundraising program and leading our donor relations and advancement services teams.
Working closely with the University’s leadership, the role will plan and execute high-impact initiatives for sustained stewardship and cultivation of new donor support.
The successful candidate will be a highly organised growth strategist and communicator with experience managing relationships and building high-performing teams.
