Responsibilities:
 

• Learning from our industry experts, you will deliver our professional services including project controls, planning and scheduling, risk, cost and time management, and dispute resolution
• Engage with clients and various stakeholders throughout the project
• Contribute to the senior management team, responsible for technical delivery and employee engagement and development
• Business development, secure and deliver new business opportunities
• Lead and mentor junior employees
   

You will have:
 

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree such as Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business or Law
• Must have a cost management and planning business background
• Experience leading a team in a consultancy or advisory environment
• Experience engaging directly with clients and managing client expectation
• Business Development experience is essential - must bring in a minimum of $500k and deliver $1-1.5M per annum
• Exposure to project design, project planning, project delivery, risk management, cost management or dispute resolution would be advantageous but not essential
