Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- MRICS or FRICS accreditation is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, with a strong track record of successful project delivery and team leadership.
- Proven experience in business development and client management.
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage complex budgets and financial models.
