We are an innovative, customer-centric Buyer’s Agency based in Sydney. We specialize in helping clients realize wealth through property investment and assisting newcomers in finding their ideal property in Australia. Our business is expanding, and to support this growth, we now require a highly motivated and capable part-time researcher to join our team. This role will primarily involve managing buying clients and networking with agents/agencies to source suitable properties for shortlisting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and utilize relationships with real estate agents.
• Conduct property market analysis and write reports.
• Assist with general company growth activities.
• Support the Director in an EA role and perform general administrative tasks.
• Research, search, and deliver properties to match client briefs.
• Regularly liaise and build relations with sales agents.
• Attend open homes and property inspections, both on and off market.
• Undertake comprehensive property research, including reports and photos.
• Invoice clients and chase payments.
• Assist with marketing coordination.
• Liaise with solicitors and building inspectors.
• Generate leads with agents and mortgage brokers.
• Escort clients through shortlisted properties.
• Attend listing appointments with the Director and organize their work life as needed.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of agency agreements, contract exchanges, and pre-settlement procedures.
• Possess experience in property sourcing across different states.
