Scope and Purpose

Functions

 Support the Relationship Managers in achieving the profitability, commercial and risk goals for the customers in question

 Support the Relationship Managers in targeted customer visits to achieve defined commercial goals

 Support the Relationship Manager in drafting commercial pitches and credit applications as well as in opening account related activities

 Perform, also working in a team, administrative activities related to customer management

 Pro-actively liaise with the customer in the management and resolution of problems and requests

 Ensure the quality of the work carried out, as well as compliance with the deadlines, intervening operationally in urgent transactions

 Ensure the proper management of customers guaranteeing internal compliance to the Bank's provisions for the regulatory framework as well as the Bank's other operating processes

 Support Relationship Managers in assessing the management trend and economic performance of the reference customer and activating the necessary corrective actions

 

General duties

In addition to the duties and responsibilities set out in this schedule the Employee must:

(a) exercise the powers, authorities and discretions appropriate to the roles and responsibilities that the Bank may from time to time delegate to the Employee, including working in any additional capacities;

(b) perform the Employee's duties to the best of their abilities;

(c) conform to, observe and comply with the directions, restrictions and regulations of the Bank;

(d) faithfully serve the Bank and use the Employee's best endeavours to promote the interests and reputation of the Bank;

(e) devote the whole of the Employee's time and abilities during normal working hours and other times as may be reasonably necessary for the proper performance of their duties and responsibilities;

(f) comply with those policies and procedures of third parties that the Bank is bound to comply with as communicated by the Bank from time to time. However, those policies and procedures do not form part of this employment contract;

(g) not, without prior written consent of the Bank, accept any appointment as a director or other officer of any company, committee or charity; and

(h) comply with any and all of the Employee's legal obligations to the Bank.
