Assistant Relationship Manager

 

Description:

The purpose of this role is to assist in the management of a large existing client portfolio, ensuring the development of new business and the retention of existing business.

  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with both internal and external stakeholders who you will be liaising with on a daily basis
  • Compile client information and submit credit applications to the internal credit department for loan approvals, this includes a level of financial analysis and the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ensuring a smooth application to settlement process while managing client enquiries both pre and post settlement
  • Adhering to all internal processes, policy and compliance requirements and procedures
  • Ability to identify new finance opportunities and refer business across different divisions of the bank


About you


With previous experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for liaising with clients on a daily basis therefore will maintain exceptional communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
