A rare opportunity has come up due to join our leading client, due to the company's continued growth. Based in the city the role will be supporting Senior Property Managers across a portfolio of retail properties. This is an opportunity for an energetic and driven Property Administrator or Assistant to develop their experience in a supportive environment. Professional development is encouraged and financial support can be provided to a successful candidate interested in completing their WA Property Management registration.

Duties

They are looking for someone to assist the Commercial/ Retail Property Managers day to day with their retail portfolios. Additional duties include:
 

  • Tenant and client liaison
  • Supporting financial reporting on the portfolio
  • Invoicing and accounts
  • Coordinating maintenance
  • Leasing administration
  • Compliance administration
  • General administration support
     

The successful candidate will have:
 

  • Previous experience in residential or commercial property
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be financially astute with good attention to detail
  • Enjoy problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Be highly organised and admin savvy
  • Maintain a high level of presentation
