Assistant Marketing Manager

Description:

The Assistant Marketing Manager, Merchant Partner, is responsible for supporting development and execution of partner marketing campaigns targeting customers of Australian & NZ business owners and operators across various industry verticals as well as Latitude customers.
Your responsibilities will be broad and cover the development and execution of partner marketing acquisition and retention activities as well as supporting our current partners with integration of our payments products within their promotional marketing campaigns. You will manage timelines and budgets and work closely with internal stakeholders and partners to deliver successful partner marketing programs that are aligned to the business’ engagement plans and growth targets.

Let’s talk about the role

• Engage with cross functional internal stakeholders and retail partners to plan and deliver best in class marketing programs to acquire, nurture and engage our merchant customer base and Latitude customers.

• Identify opportunities with our current retail partners to improve retail customer conversion and drive increased sales volumes

• Support delivery of an integrated marketing program that supports acquisition and engagement activities within the retail and service sectors

• Support consumer marketing team to drive and deliver best-practice customer engagement campaigns, including creative and copy development and optimisation that supports the retail offer strategy, agency management, target setting and results tracking

• Monitor campaign performance and return on investment metrics through digital reports, dashboards and post campaign reviews.

• Bachelor degree in marketing or a business discipline

• Campaign management & data-driven marketing experience with proven success in delivering & executing B2C marketing strategies that drive business outcomes

• Demonstrated experience and success in end-to-end campaign management

• Is a collaborative team member who is accountable, empowered to make decisions and able to deliver at a high level.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
