A fun and vibrant 40 place childcare centre based in Baulkham Hills is looking for an Assistant Centre Manager to join and support their team of dedicated educators! The centre focuses on age-appropriate, play-based learning programs allowing children to develop their confidence and personality.

The Role

Your role will be as the Assistant Director of the Childcare service and you will be responsible to:
 

• Work with and alongside the Centre Director to manage the daily responsibilities of running and maintaining a busy childcare service
• Motivate and lead a team of educators to achieve high-quality care for all children within the service
• Adhere to NQS as well as company policies and procedures to achieve a rating or meeting or exceeding in A&R
• Develop and maintain relationships with families and members of the community to maintain/increase the centre’s occupancy
