Seeking an enthusiastic and talented Assistant Brand Manager to join their dynamic marketing team in Sydney. As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall brand strategy and contributing to the growth and success of the company.
Role Responsibilities
- Supporting the Brand Manager in managing the entire end to end brand strategy across ATL, BTL and Digital activities.
- Assist in developing and executing the brand strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and consumer insights.
- Collaborate with the Brand Manager to develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Work closely with cross- functional teams such as product development, design, and supply chain to ensure timely and successful product launces.
- Assisting in building and nurturing and long lasting relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling brand assets, such as advertising materials and promotional content.
About you
- 2-3 years in a similar Brand or Marketing role.
- FMCG marketing experience ideally within food.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
