The Opportunity

Due to sustained acquisition activity, a new position has been created within the experienced asset management team for an assistant asset manager.

Reporting directly to the Head of Asset Management and working closely with the fund managers, your role is to be responsible for your own portfolio of property, and support senior asset managers on their portfolios. The asset management team is responsible for direct property, driving asset performance for the funds.

Key responsibilities;

• Strategic asset management planning
• Internal & external valuations
• Commercial management of a portfolio of assets (driving external property managers & leasing agents)
• Leasing negotiation
• Preparing investment papers

Central to the role is collaborating with key internal stakeholders as well as maintaining and nurturing positive relationships with tenants, consultants, and capital providers.

The Candidate

You will likely hold a Degree in commerce, business, finance, law, or property with a strong interest in property investment, funds management, and finance.

You will have experience in financial modeling or property valuation and practical property-level understanding.
