An exciting ongoing opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Advisor Risk & Assurance to join the NSW Telco Authority, a rapidly growing part of Digital.NSW within the Department of Customer Service.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of governance and/or assurance programs of work in areas including risk management, compliance, business continuity and privacy.

The role sits within the Risk, Compliance and Continuity team in the Enterprise and Business Operations business unit of NSW Telco Authority.

• Work closely with members of the Risk, Compliance and Continuity team and other stakeholders to support a range of activities supporting the implementation and maintenance of risk management, compliance and business continuity frameworks.
• Contribute to the delivery of governance and assurance programs of work ensuring work is delivered to high standards that meet organisational and government requirements.
• Contribute to accurate and relevant strategic plans, policy frameworks, committee papers, briefings, analysis and reports on governance activities and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
