Asset Manager

Description:

Seeking a committed asset manager for an established private property investment firm, with over $2bn of investment-grade assets across the eastern seaboard.

The role is ideally suited to an ambitious property manager/senior property manager with good leasing experience and confidence in driving leasing outcomes.

The firm is currently highly active in direct property investment, property development, and works closely on some of its investments with JV partners, often being REITs.

You will initially be responsible for four properties, two A-grade office properties in suburban locations, and two industrial properties located in South Sydney.

It is intended after cutting your teeth on these, you will be exposed to a growing portfolio via new acquisitions into the portfolio.

This opportunity is a long-term sustainable role, seeking a good pedigree within commercial investment property, and solid tenure in your experience to date.
