Asphalt Site Crew

Description:

We are currently seeking various asphalt personal to assist in our client crews. We are looking for experienced":
 

• HC Driver with a Dogging ticket, desirable with experience.
• HR/ MR Tipper Drivers
• Asphalt Ground crew
• Profiler experience
• Skid Steer and Roller Operators
   

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for operating the allocated plant at the appropriate location, ensuring you work safely at all times, carrying out cleaning and maintenance of vehicles as required and working within a team to deliver a high quality and safe service. Fatigue Management training as well as being safety conscious is essential for this role. The successful candidate must be available for nightshifts, weekend work and overtime.

Skills, experience and qualifications:

As the successful applicant you should have the following experience and attributes:
 

• Experience Driving a HC truck
• Dogging Ticket & Experience (Desirable)
• Hold a current SA HC, HR or MR Driver’s License (Highly Desirable),
• Hold a relevant national recognised plant ticket
• Hold a White card
• Experience operating a range of trucks, trailers and road ranger gear boxes,
• Experience in machine transport or plant equipment(Highly Desirable)
• Fatigue Management and Load Limit training,
• Strong communication skills,
• The ability to develop and maintain good working relationships,
• Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol and Pre-Employment Medical and Commercial Driver Medical tests;
