Area Sales Manager

Description:

Our client is a well-known agribusiness company with an extensive product range and customer base. They seek to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Area Sales Manager who can drive the business at the end user and reseller level to achieve Business, Sales and Market Development goals.

Reporting to the Australian Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring future business growth and profitability of the product portfolio. Organised and effective farmer and reseller agronomist activities will be the key to creating demand for products in the territory.

Specific Duties:

• Manage the marketing, promotion and sales of products and services, by working closely with the key distributors, consultants and end-users
• Train and develop distribution network to enhance uptake of latest technologies
• Support R&D in developing new and existing products and technology
• Maintain and intensify existing customer relationships and develop new relationships with industry participants
• Ensure that clients and end-users are equipped with the necessary marketing, technical and agronomic information
