As the Area Sales Manager, you are responsible for leading and directing profitable growth for our accounts by fully leveraging all capabilities, assets, and functions within the organisation and by building and maintaining strong customer relationships. A large part of your role will be the coaching and development support for a team of 3-4 talented Merchandisers. Driving engagement and effectiveness through strong communication and practical rostering. Working with the local bakery team located in Townsville and also engaging with the Vendors and drivers who support in delivering our productrs to store, you will become the face of Tip Top in the local sales area.
