The Opportunity

With an objective to accelerate revenue and increase profit growth, the Area Sales Managerwill have a dual role as "Player Coach". You will be responsible for sales across the NSW South Territory in conjunction with coaching and mentoring 3 experienced Territory Managers across NSW and QLD.

Proven Demonstrated Skills And Experience

  • Development and implementation of sales strategies
  • B2B sales experience, focusing on hospital groups and specifically Operating Theatre Clinical Staff
  • Extensive cross functional stakeholder management, internally and externally
  • Provide coaching & professional development for the team of sales representatives

Ideal Professional

  • Previous experience coaching & mentoring staff
  • Previous Hospital Sales experience with a preference for experience working with Clinical Theatre staff
  • Demonstrated experience in the NSW Hospital sector, both Private & Public;
  • Demonstrated experience in managing relations, sales and accounts in the theatre environment.
  • Commercial mindset with strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Ability to quickly develop rapport with key customers and establish opportunities
  • Customer centric with excellent communication skills
  • Well developed persuasive, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptable and open-minded, in implementing and securing new initiatives
  • Degree in Business, or the Medical Field is highly regarded
