Dorevitch : At Dorevitch Pathology, we’re committed to supporting practitioners by delivering timely, accurate, and high quality diagnostic results. While our core laboratory is in Metro Norwest Melbourne , we have more than 28 laboratories across Victoria – many based in hospitals – to ensure we can get results back to doctors as soon as possible. We also have more than 450 collection centres for patients to visit at their convenience. In addition to this, we provide several Workplace Health & Safety testings for commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee recording of personal and direct-report KPIs through MyPulse or other delegated Performance Review tools
• Lead by example in fostering a positive, inclusive and collaborative attitude and practice.
• Provide timely and accurate reports, advice and forecasting to the Business Manager -Metro Operations
• Manage budget for Area Group and contribute to business and process improvements.
• Lead laboratory functions and collection services for the Area Group to ensure that we are meeting business unit and budget requirements.
• Execute the business strategy and delegated objectives for the Area Group to ensure that we are:

• capturing all growth opportunities to maintain brand awareness
• Support marketing campaigns that underpin business development activities
• managing referrer expectations, service level agreements and contractual arrangements
• delivering gross margin and meeting/exceeding revenue generation targets

• Plan, prioritise and organise workload and resourcing requirements to ensure that the team are adhering to Company policies, procedures and requirements at all times.
