Description:
As an Area Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations within WA, ensuring all cleaning services meet a high standards and client expectations. This position requires a proactive approach, excellent people management skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for managing a team of cleaning professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment, and liaising with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of cleaning services and ensuring quality standards and client satisfaction.
- Manage and lead a team of subcontractor cleaning staff
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor service quality and address any issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare reports on area performance, including any challenges and strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with other managers and departments to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the company.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

- A valid driver’s licence and the ability to do some out of metro travel.
