What your role will look like
- Across a range of facilities within the Melbourne area, deliver services and supports, promoting choice and control for our clients and service excellence within our locations
- Effective leadership and strategic management to your team of Residential Supervisors including expert advice and clinical supervision
- Develop and strengthen Residential Supervisors’ leadership in disability capability and capacity to lead their teams to support people with complex disabilities and deliver high quality services and outcomes for clients
- Lead and promote high standards of performance and quality accreditation, contributing to policy and frameworks and building capability to delivery on client centred practice
- Embed a strong culture and the ongoing support of our values and health and safety
