Our client is seeking an experienced Area Manager to join a nationwide provider of wellness solutions who are committed to providing an authentic and valuable experience to every customer.

This organisation started from a family run business to becoming one of Australia’s most recognsied health solutions provider specialising in injury management and rehabilitation.

The purpose of the role is to lead our rehabilitation services and develop a team of Rehabilitation Consultants to deliver the highest quality injury management services across this regional area of NSW and VIC.

This is a full-time position, however applicants seeking a part-time position will be considered.

To be the right fit for this role you will possess:

Demonstrated Occupational Rehabilitation experience at a senior level. This can be within the discipline of: Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist with relevant registrations

Significant understanding of Workers Compensation legislation within NSW and VIC.

The ability to develop an equipped team of Rehabilitation Consultants to provide effective injury management services in that region

The knowledge to execute strategic & operational plans through engagement with the leadership team to ensure the provision of consistent quality services and programs to clients

The ability to maximize staff productivity through the effective monitoring of KPI’s and individual performance.

Effective account management skills including the ability to manage relationships of current customers as well as business development of new opportunities.

Strong leadership skills with a passion for motivating employees and driving positive outcomes!
