A dynamic leadership role, the Area Manager will cultivate a high-performing and engaged team amongst their VIC portfolio:

  • Lead, coach and develop teams across 5 VIC stores
  • Shape the customer experience by driving a customer-first culture
  • Attract, recruit and retain exceptional talent
  • Own all aspects of your area including sales, training, wages, profit & loss
  • Facilitate a premium store experience with impeccable visual merchandising standards
  • Analyse KPIs to grow sales and enhance store performance

  • Proven track record of delivering results, driving sales and engaging your team
