- Lead, coach and develop teams across 5 VIC stores
- Shape the customer experience by driving a customer-first culture
- Attract, recruit and retain exceptional talent
- Own all aspects of your area including sales, training, wages, profit & loss
- Facilitate a premium store experience with impeccable visual merchandising standards
- Analyse KPIs to grow sales and enhance store performance

- Previous multi-site management experience in the retail space essential
- Proven track record of delivering results, driving sales and engaging your team
- Strong people management skills; a thorough understanding of performance management
