Description:
We currently have an opening for a Full Time Area Manager to take on a portfolio of schools and mid-sized office buildings in the Metro Area.
The job entails the following:
- Managing day to day operations and smooth running of cleaning operations across a portfolio of contracts which include managing staff rosters, recruitment and performance management.
- Carry out specific inspection reports and other key performance trackers using our IT customer service systems.
- Training and guiding staff on key cleaning services and activities
- Liaise with our clients (Property Managers and Facilities Managers)
- Autonomy to run the portfolio within the expectations of the business
