Architectural Draftsperson

We are a well-established, award winning architecture design firm located in Sydney offering architectural services for residential, retail and commercial developments.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Microstation draftsperson to join our team on a contractor basis. Immediate Start.

You will need to have experience with the preparation of DA drawings for council submission and the preparation of construction documents for tender to Builders.

Ideally, you will have had experience with documenting residential and commercial spaces and have a passion for architecture and interior design.

The successful candidate MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN USING MICROSTATION and will possess:

-a minimum of five years local experience as a draftsperson in building design or architecture.

-tertiary qualifications in building design, architecture or equivalent;

-sound technical knowledge and understanding of the Building Code of Australia;

-ability to understand architectural plans and produce accurate detailed drawings

-advance level experience in using Microstation/ Open Buildings is a must

-a strong work ethic and the ability to work to tight deadlines;

-exceptional organisational skills;

-excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
