Excellent opportunity to work in the entertainment sector on exceptional projects on the client side. 2D CAD experience is required.

Our client is a hospitality and entertainment company that has an international presence. With their continued growth, they are now seeking a Draftsperson / Architect to join their dynamic and professional team. You will be an integral member of the Design and Project Management team working on both new and fit-out / refurbishment projects across hospitality, hotels and leisure sectors.

You will be responsible for preparing design and documentation across Australia and New Zealand based projects. 2D CAD skills are essential, REVIT skills is ideal not essential.

Training in specific entertainment venue subject matter will be provided.

Some travel to sites across Australia and New Zealand will be part of this role.

To be successful in this role you will have the following background:

• You will be preparing design & documentation for Australia & New projects.
• Tertiary qualification in Architecture
• Minimum 5 years’ experience
• Knowledge of Australian Standards & Codes
• Ability to communicate and manage client expectations / relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A keen eye for detail and attention to accuracy
• Diligent work ethic, self-motivated and proactive
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to multi task and work across multiple projects at once
• Superior knowledge of 2D AutoCAD programs
• Ideally will have some experience using REVIT
