We design everything from shopping centres, apartment blocks, hotels, breweries and other complex spaces.

The Role

C&A is looking to onboard a conscientious Architect to join our team. This position involves leveraging your passion and prior experience to collaborate with our team in winning projects, design, documentation and administration. Personal growth and being challenged is supported where you will consult with clients with high profile projects in the architecture and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients in brief formulation: understanding their desired goals and financial objectives and potential opportunities to design solution that meet their needs in line with regulatory requirements.
• Deliver high quality documentation and designs using MicroStation.
• Work alongside partners, developers, project managers, C&A architects, project consultants and authorities.
• Attend to architecture related general admin, reception and run projects with limited supervision.

Ideal Candidates will have:

• Completed a Bachelors Degree and Masters of Architecture
• Demonstrated experience in the design and delivery of various projects
• Advanced proficiency in MicroStation, MS Office and Adobe Suites
• A deep understanding of CAD, BIM, office and 3D graphic presentation
• A portfolio of work that exhibits a talent for design
• Good verbal, graphic and written communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills and a willingness to learn
• Enthusiastic with a positive attitude
