Appointment Setter

 

Description:

This is a full-time COMMISSION-ONLY role for an Appointment Setter Australia-wide. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for setting appointments, appointment scheduling, lead generation, communication, and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.

 

Remuneration:

1. $150 for each appointment successfully booked and attended by the client. This payment reflects the successful execution of the primary duty of setting appointments with potential clients.

2. If the appointment leads to a confirmed sale, the App Setter will receive a bonus of $300. This bonus is an incentive for effectively engaging with clients and increasing the likelihood of conversions during appointments.

3. 20k per year warm leads + existing database (100% no cold calling); OTE 20k plus (based on the historical average income of previous appointment setters)

 

Qualifications

  • Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling skills
  • Lead Generation and Communication skills
  • Customer Service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Training via video call or at the founder's office

 

Responsible for:

  • Calling Database/Lists of Existing Leads: Engage with existing leads from provided databases or lists.
  • Handling Online Inquiries: Reach out to individuals who have made online inquiries, offering a free appointment with Brendan James or an assigned salesperson.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments with potential clients, which will be conducted via Google Meet or in person, aimed at clients likely to sign up after the meeting.
  • Client Brief Familiarity: Utilise the PC Client Brief document as the primary reference for client engagements, ensuring prospects are informed accurately.
  • Actively seek and provide feedback regarding processes and client experiences.
  • App Setter is encouraged to propose improvements that could enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction.
