Victoria's new public correctional centre is approaching completion and now is the time to apply for ongoing jobs that will help shape the future operations of the facility.
Employees working in the initial stage of operations will contribute to the foundations of the new facility by participating in the development of operating processes, services and procedures. In addition, they will be part of a multi-disciplinary team committed to building a culture of continuous improvement in the workplace.
The new correctional centre will strengthen the way we work by harnessing innovative approaches and using the latest in technology to achieve improved outcomes for prisoners and the safety of the whole community.

We are searching for a developer experienced in low-code development and model-driven design tooling (e.g. OutSystems, Oracle Apex 5+).
As our ideal candidate, you will also be experienced in more than one of the following disciplines:
Knowledge of iterative, incremental and agile software development methodologies is highly regarded as well.
Beyond your professional background, we will also value your critical thinking and ability to work collaboratively and solve problems quickly.
