About the team
Customer Information Channels (CIC) is responsible for the delivery of customer information through improved digital products and technology applications that enable the distribution of real time data to customers and the community.
The opportunity
The Application Support Manager is responsible for ensuring the ongoing operation of Customer Information applications. This involves being the point of contact for any production issues and ensuring Transport for NSW releases will not impact Sydney Trains provision of information to Customers.
This role will initially be offered on a temporary basis to February 2024.

About you
You will have previous experience in a similar role in a complex environment where you have been responsible for managing high performing teams and conflicting priorities.
With proven experience engaging and consulting with end-users, business unit managers and IT and Customer Operations employees at all levels, you bring strong communication and interpersonal skills including high levels of customer service, drawing on facilitation and negotiation skills to deliver successful outcomes.
