The Role

We are seeking experienced Application Service Representatives to join our Development Services division. This role will be responsible for processing and completion of administrative tasks connected to land development, plumbing, sewer backlog and payment

To be successful in this position you will have proven experience in customer service. You will have demonstrated ability to work closely with stakeholders and, have well developed interpersonal and relationship skills including the ability to make outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Process all administrative activities, including but not limited to payments, statement of compliance releases, mail registration, creating CC&B accounts and raising charges, loading of PSPs, correspondence to sewer backlog customers, declaration advertising for recycled water areas and new greenfield subdivisions, reconciliation of accounts, responding to customer phone calls and emails, raising purchase orders
• Assist with meter fixing errors
• Work closely with others and develop good relationships
