Application Analyst

Description:

An exciting role has become available within the Digital Technology Delivery team at Swinburne University of Technology, for an Application Analyst.

The Application Analyst will play an important role within the Student Application team, focusing on maintaining a high level of availability for its portfolio of application services, including the Oracle Service Cloud Experience, and its administration and maintenance. The Application Analyst will also work in partnerships with stakeholders and colleagues to improve the numerous applications employed across the university.

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

• Oracle RightNow / OSC certification and three or more years of Oracle RightNow / OSC or an equivalent combination of relevant work experience in this area
• Demonstrated experience in software incident management and problem management including investigation, resolution, and communication
• Ability to exercise substantial initiative and high- level judgement and to work independently or as part of a team to deliver outcomes within defined timeframes
• An understanding of IT governance and its processes, with a blend of business acumen and operational experience in a large-scale IT environment

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
