Description:
The Corporate Finance (ECM) Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting our ECM team by providing analytical, research, and execution support for equity transactions. You will assist in the structuring and execution of equity offerings, including initial public offerings (IPOs), follow-on offerings, and private placements.
Requirements:
- Assist in the preparation and development of pitch books, marketing materials, and transaction documents for equity offerings.
- Support the structuring and execution of equity capital raises, including IPOs, follow-on
- offerings, and private placements.
- Conduct financial and valuation analyses to support transaction recommendations and client presentations (DCF / 3 Way Modelling)
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models, including valuation models, pro forma analyses, and pricing models for equity transactions.
- Analyse company financials, market trends, and investor demand to provide insights and
- recommendations for equity offerings.
- Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to support transaction strategy and client advice.
- Assist in coordinating and managing the execution of equity transactions, including liaising with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, equity capital markets, or a related financial field, Big 4 Transaction Services, M&A Advisory etc is the most common background
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, CFA or Masters of Applied Finance will be well looked upon
