Our client is a distinguished Property Investment firm renowned for its successful track record in creating value and delivering outstanding results for investors and stakeholders, specializing in exceptional real estate investment opportunities across various property types including luxurious residential, retail, and commercial sectors throughout the APAC region.

With a conservative, fundamental value-oriented approach, they collaborate closely with global institutional investors and maintain a robust presence with seven offices across the APAC region.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for modeling and analysis of transactions to support effective decision-making for senior management and the investment committee, including financial forecasting, market analysis, and the adoption of justifiable assumptions.
  • Manage existing investment portfolios and provide timely, accurate financial analyses and reports, including budgets and investment reports for senior management and investors.
  • Oversee the independent valuation process for current and potential investments and assets.
  • Assist with structuring-related issues, focusing on capital structure, legal, financial, and tax implications for investment funds.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams in APAC HQ on financial analyses for acquisitions, investments, and divestments in real estate investment funds.
  • Help prepare internal investment recommendation papers and presentations for potential investments, leasing, and capital transactions.
  • Perform other related duties as required by the company.
  • Report to Head of Australia.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in related field.
  • Over 1 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Investment.
  • Knowledge of real estate markets across residential, commercial, and retail sectors
  • Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Strong numerical aptitude
  • Basic understanding of accounting concepts and principles
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication in English
  • Dynamic, self-motivated team player with a strong sense of responsibility
