Alumni Engagement Coordinator

The Swinburne University of Technology External Engagement team is looking for an Alumni Engagement Coordinator to join their team.

The Alumni Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and implementing alumni engagement strategies to strengthen engagement with our global network of over 206,000 alumni. The coordinator will support the advancement team to achieve alumni engagement targets by executing alumni engagement programs in coordination with broader Swinburne portfolios and schools to achieve growth targets. The role is also responsible for executing alumni events, key relationship management and reporting on engagement activities and results.

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

• Proven experience of delivering successful alumni and/or strategic engagement programs
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage relationships, including in cross cultural environments, and the capacity to work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and reporting to deadlines
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail

Qualifications

• A degree with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
