Pathfinders is a large community-based organisation providing, Family Referral Services, Supported

Accommodation and Homelessness services, Family and Youth Support services, Disability services and

Out of Home Care services, including Foster Care. Services are located across the New England North

West Tablelands and Hunter Regions and Family Referral Services in the Mid North Coast Regions of

NSW. Pathfinders vision is that all children, young people and their families will have a home where

they feel they belong, are free from abuse and neglect, are able to achieve their full potential and are

supported by appropriate and timely community services.

The Operations Manager Resource Management will oversee the operational requirements of all

Pathfinders resources (Properties, Vehicles and Information Technology & Communications (ITC)) and

ensure that they are always fit for purpose whilst ensuring optimum return on investment to

Relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated experience managing properties,

vehicles and ITC.

• Well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to maintain excellent working

relationships with Stakeholders.

• Sound knowledge of asset management including legal requirements in relation to both

owned/leased properties.

• Ability to establish a rolling 12-month maintenance program for both property and fleet

assets.

• Sound knowledge of vehicles and the ability to manage the day-to-day operational aspects of

vehicle assets.

• Sound knowledge of ITC and the ability to manage the day-to-day operational aspects of ITC

assets.

• Sound knowledge of WH&S responsibilities in creating and maintaining safe

conditions of Pathfinders assets.

• Administrative skills and computer literacy including internet and Microsoft Office

applications.

• Current driver's license.

• Current NSW WWCC and Police Check

• Current First Aid Certificate.
