Agile Delivery Manager

Description:

The Agile Delivery Manager will be responsible for driving delivery using agile practices and techniques. We are looking for a strong team player that thrives on getting things done and achieving outcomes. You will have extensive experience working in agile and ideally experience with the Australian Government digital service standard.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

The Agile Delivery Manager will be responsible for:

· Working closely with Product Manager ensure the development team is meeting expectations.

· Ensuring the team delivers quality outcomes, within time and budget.

· Proactively identifying and removing impediments to progress.

· Planning and delivering regular releases of the product.

· Facilitating agile events to keep the team focused and productive.

· Reporting on progress, risks and issues.

· Developing and maintaining strong and productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Criteria :

1. Highly developed and demonstrated skills and experience (+ 8 years) in agile delivery and digital project management.

2. Demonstrated ability to keep a team focused in a fast-paced dynamic environment

3. Demonstrated organisational skills, including the ability to plan and coordinate regular releases and deliver outcomes.

4. Ability to facilitate effective stands ups, planning and review and retro sessions.

5. Highly developed people and problem-solving skills, including the ability to negotiate options and practical solutions in a timely and constructive manner.
