Description:
Role Duties: The Atlassian Advisor will focus on managing and improving the visibility, sizing, and processes of the work program using Atlassian Jira. Key responsibilities include:
- ormalising Atlassian requirements.
- Enhancing adoption of agile-aligned workflows and guiding on Jira hierarchy and project interrelationships.
- Developing FAQs, change communications, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
- Promoting consistent use of Atlassian agile delivery methods and ceremonies with flexibility for varying team needs.
- Reviewing current Jira usage, proposing improvements to work visualisation, and fostering adaptability across technical and non-technical teams.
- Designing and delivering progress and capacity reports for stakeholders.
- Providing recommendations for managing Atlassian product usage, including authentication processes and possible integrations.
- Assisting with implementation tasks as required.
Essential Qualifications / Certifications / Skills
- Proven ability to plan, manage, and deliver projects within agreed cost, time, and scope while producing accurate stakeholder reports.
- Expertise in leading and motivating project teams, managing resources, prioritising tasks, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Strong change management skills to support benefit realisation and alignment with business goals.
- Excellent communication skills for facilitating collaboration and fostering open communication with stakeholders.
- Interpersonal and negotiation skills to build positive relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Advanced knowledge of Atlassian products and maximising ROI from these tools.
