Description:
As an Agile Coach at ScrumCraft, you will be instrumental in fostering a culture of agile excellence within our client organisations. This role requires a balance of technical ability, organisational development skills, and a passion for customer and value-driven innovation. You will be responsible for applying agile practices and values, instructing others in specific knowledge areas, and partnering with clients in a creative process that maximises their personal and professional potential.
Leveraging your ability in agile frameworks and confidence coaching at all levels within an organisation, you will help drive successful implementations and support sustained adoptions enabling high-performing teams to deliver high-quality products and services.
How you’ll do it
- Partner with clients to inspire and develop their skills and perspectives, fostering both personal and professional growth
- Being self-aware and adaptable in your approach, you will use various coaching stances (Visionary, Coach, Partner, Facilitator, etc.) to guide clients and teams towards effective solutions and outcomes
- Exhibiting technical mastery, acting as an organisation development and change catalyst
- Engaging with roles across People, Process, Product, and Technology areas, coaching the agile mindset comprehensively
- Exhibiting business mastery as an expert at customer and value-driven innovation and product development
- Facilitating organisations through processes that help them find solutions and make decisions
- Collaborating with all areas of the organisation including leadership to create a supportive environment for agility to thrive from strategic through to operational levels
- Collaborating with other organisational coaches to focus on strategic continuous improvement
- Making all agile transformation work visible - progress, impediments, and successes
- Conducting training sessions and workshops to educate teams on agile methodologies, values, principles, patterns, and practices.
- Staying informed with the latest developments in the world of business agility and sharing your knowledge within the organisation and its individuals.

- Experience across different industry and product domains (software and non-software)
