The company specializes in the supply of heavy duty trucks, diesel and gas engines and power systems nationwide. Being the appointed retail dealer for many brands they provide retail sales, service and parts outlets.
What You Will Do
- Promote and sell parts and service products and service options for on highway market. The range of products includes Western Star, MAN, Dennis Eagle and Detroit;
- Identify new opportunities for growth in parts and service sales expanding business and customer relationships throughout the region by continuously seeking, identifying and pursuing new opportunities;
- Create and maintain sound relationships with customers, dealers and OEM's;
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic business plans;
- Create, maintain and utilize lead and opportunity management under the CRM system;
- Work closely with the broader Australia team to generate and promote ongoing business.
About you:
- Demonstrate previous experience in a similar industry or role, with a track record of delivering new business growth;
- Previous experience may include fleet operations or workshop leadership roles;
- Sound understanding of the On Highway products, parts and service business maintenance products and dealer network;
- Sound knowledge of Western Star, MAN, Dennis Eagle and Detroit aftermarket products and services;
- Relationship management experience with strong customer focus;
- Ability to utilise interpersonal and sales skills at multiple levels to maximise sales;
- Ability to build industry contacts and network to achieve company goals and objectives;
- Ability to operate under a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System and or previous experience using a CRM System is desirable.
