Your main focus will be to develop and manage the affiliate programme. You will be identifying affiliate partners, as well as negotiating commercial agreements all with the focus of driving new customer acquisition - EASY!

What we need from you:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or related field
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
• Experience in a similar role in either a Tech, Sports & Racing, or a Social Media player
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics
• Ability to manage and grow our affiliate marketing program, including recruiting new affiliates, managing relationships with existing affiliates, and creating marketing campaigns
• Can analyse and optimize affiliate performance metrics, such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and revenue per click
