We're looking for a highly motivated Advertising Manager to lead the charge in creating highly effective Advertising campaigns to business growth.
Adapt Associates required Advertising Manager based in our office at Morley to develop and coordinate advertising strategies and campaigns and determine the market for its services.
Roles and Responsibilities: -
- Devise result-oriented marketing campaigns that align with our clients' business objectives and target audience.
- Develop and implement advertisement strategies and campaigns to promote brand awareness and brand loyalty.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential customers for our clients.
- Collaborate with our web design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our clients.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility and website rankings.
- Oversee and execute engaging social media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring consistent branding and compelling content.
- Develop and Manage advertising budget and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive conversions and maximize ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to continually improve marketing efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Skills & Attributes: -
- Degree or relevant qualification in advertisement, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a manager within advertising, media or digital businesses on marketing strategies, campaigns.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Have an excellent understanding of industry trends and integrated marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to liaise with clients effectively.
- Familiarity with a range of advertising tools and platforms.
