Description:
Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will take ownership of the development and execution of the marketing strategy locally and globally. Additionally, you will work closely with all members of the Team, especially the Head of Product, Sales and the Business Development Team.
Key responsibilities
- Conceptualise and develop the overall marketing and branding strategy for the business.
- Develop and implement a marketing plan and calendar for the business.
- Develop and manage advertising campaigns.
- Develop B2B marketing strategies, facilitating sales.
- Develop and implement strategic B2B campaigns.
- Assist in defining company product positioning through market feedback.
- Research and articulate new insights and opportunities for the business.
- Manage agency relationships.
- Develop and execute relevant events for the team and clients and assess ROI.
- Manage a Marketing Budget in alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Successfully leverage digital marketing opportunities for the business.
Skills/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Proven work experience in a senior marketing role within a B2B environment.
- Passion for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue and market growth.
- Track record in working collaboratively and commercially with sales teams.
- Demonstrable experience in leveraging relevant marketplaces.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with others and work autonomously, in a fast-paced environment.
- Critical thinker, can-do attitude and results driven.
