Purpose

The Administrator - Citrix Services & Infrastructure applicant will be responsible for the implementation and support of the Citrix environment which consists of the application portfolio running within a VMWare and Azure virtual server infrastructure. Working closely with Senior Citrix Administrator and IT Enterprise Infrastructure team.

The position requires a solid understanding with practical working experience of Citrix virtualization using Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Secure Web Access, Machine Creation Service image creation and ongoing support.

The Administrator – Citrix Services & Infrastructure has the responsibility to maintain, monitor and capacity plan the following technologies:

• Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
• Imprivata OneSign
• Citrix Netscaler / ADC
• Citrix MCS integration with VMware and Azure
• Citrix Cloud.

Other responsibilities include:

• Windows group policy, Printing and FSlogix user profile for Citrix service delivery
• Capacity planning and patching of the above platforms/systems.

The position is within the Enterprise Infrastructure Team operating primarily from Monash Health Information Technology in Clayton.

The position reports to the Head of Enterprise Infrastructure.
