    Responsibilities:
  • First point of contact for queries
  • Provide general/daily administrative support; organise meetings room bookings, catering and guest passes
  • Management of office supplies
  • Communicate and liaise with the client, external vendors and community stakeholders for administrative purposes

What you need to bring to the role:

  • Solid experience in administration support
  • Ability to prioritise, deal with multiple tasks and work towards deadlines
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
  • 3 vaccinations are required for this opportunity
