The South West Campus is led by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Regional Futures), who is responsible for the leadership and management across the South West Campus, together with engagement and collaboration with other sections of the University, government, local communities and industry, in relation to a regional context.
The Role
As the first point of contact to all visitors to ECU South West, we are seeking a proactive, customer focused individual who goes above and beyond to provide professional, friendly and customer orientated service to ECU visitors, staff and students and thrives in a customer service environment.
Support and assist South West Campus students and visitors in the accurate, positive, and seamless completion of administrative activities through the provision of customer-focused services across a comprehensive range of tasks, diligent documentation and record-keeping, and the proactive support of colleagues and staff in addressing their administrative requirements as they are identified
Provide administrative and customer support to other staff involved in leading projects/events
Contribute to the continuous improvement of services to the Centre and its staff through active participation in process review initiatives, the sharing of relevant and applicable knowledge and the training and mentoring of new staff.
