Administrative Assistant

 

Description:

In this role the successful candidate would be providing administrative support for the Service Manager of Aged Care Services, along with providing additional support for members of the Aged Care team.

You would be responsible for but not limited to managing staff records, recruitment requirements, compiling/submitting monthly reports as required including TACP, ASET & AARCS, maintaining rosters & staff leave including Health Roster and leave requests, the compiling of agendas & minutes for regular meetings, ordering of mobiles and other substantial items, extracting monthly financial reports, creating spreadsheets using Excel and utilising functions within Excel, actioning compliments and staff recognition, diary management, drafting of correspondence, distribution of relevant documentation to staff, and any other required administrative tasks requested by the Service Manager or to assist the team.

Training will be provided prior to commencing the role and will be supported by the Service Manager and NUM of Aged Care Services.
The Aged Care Services is based in Taree and provides a community service to the elderly people of the Lower Mid North Coast area. This position is part of a dynamic and supportive multi-disciplinary team in the Manning/Great Lakes area working alongside a supportive administrative team, skilled clinicians and Aged Care management team.
