Description:
The administration officer provides administrative support to ensure the efficient management of comprehensive assessment referrals, Support Plan Reviews (SPR), phone and email-based enquires from internal and external stakeholders to assist clients, carers, family members and referrers navigating the My Aged Care system. The administration officer is responsible for providing up to date information on aged care pathways, referral processes and current approval status.
The administration officer requires high level computer skills as well as technical proficiency in the My Aged Care system, National Screening and Assessment Form (NSAF), Microsoft Office suite and legacy ACAT databases. The administration officer must be able to complete end of month reporting, be proficient in minute taking and development of minutes, agendas and managing calendars.
The administration officer provides a high-level customer service and a high level of attention to detail, to ensure high quality data entry. The administration officer works within the Aged Care Assessment Programme (ACAP) guidelines, Aged Care Act 1997 and is able to meet agreed benchmarks and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), which aligns with programme funding.
