Administration Officer

 

Description:

An opportunity has become available for an Administration Officer at a well-established organisation in Brisbane CBD. This is a full-time temporary assignment to support a vibrant and busy team.

As the successful candidate you will report to the Team Manager and perform such duties as liaising with clients, database management, revewing and formatting documents, document management, and data entry. Working for this organisation allows you to work with a collaborative and supportive team who are passionate about their work.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for working within a thriving team during a busy period of growth.

Your key responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:
 

  • Varied administration support including document management;
  • Database management;
  • Liaising with clients and managing any queries;
  • Printing, collating and formatting documents;
  • Ad hoc support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the division.
     

Skills And Experience

As the suitable candidate you will have demonstrated experience and a strong interest in administration with a keen eye for detail. You will need to demonstrate that you can work in a collaborative environment and contribute to team success.

In Addition, You Will Demonstrate The Ability To
 

  • Ability to work autonomously to delivery key deliverables;
  • Strong sense of ownership;
  • Demonstrate the ability to build strong professional relationships;
  • Effective and adaptive communication skills;
  • Computer literacy in all Microsoft office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems.
