Description:
The Administrative officer -Reception undertakes a wide range of administrative / clerical duties associated with the running of a K-12 college.
The Administrative Officer works in conjunction with the College Receptionist and Administration team and reports directly to the Community Engagement Manager.
There is a high level of interaction with students, their Parent/Caregivers and Staff
Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
- Attend to enquiries at counter by students, parents and staff
- Assist with student absentees on SEQTA throughout day
- Assist with the monitor and distribution of Class/Home room communications etc
- Assist with the monitor lost property and confiscated items
- Assist with the monitor uniform loans to students and return of same
- Process relevant telephone messages for students
- Filing of correspondence in student files
- Archive student records for students who leave the College
- Assist with the entering locker numbers for students
- Commitment to Child Safety and Protection consistent with the CEWA Child Safe Framework.
- Participate actively in ongoing professional learning.
- Assist with the general administration needs of the College Administration team and reception staff.
- Assist with the maintenance of Consent to Go
- Undertake any other duties required by the Community Engagement Manager.
- Undertake any other duties as requested by the Principal.

Qualifications Required
- National Criminal History check issued by the Education Department WA.
- WA working with children check
